I just wanted to thank you for your amazing service. Traveling with 9-month old twins is stressful enough and last-minute travel glitches like arriving late to the airport made it more challenging. Your super-professional personnel made it easy for us. They advised us on how to find the car rental, breezed us through the airport with our babies and handled our umpteen bags, strollers, car seats, etc. They even dealt with KLM staff when KLM decided to bounce us from our seats and seat us separately. Your representative actually got on the airplane and negotiated with a passenger to enable us to sit together.
