Incoming flight : Passengers are taken care of from the minute they step off the airplane. The service includes escorting to the arrivals hall and quick procedures at the airport. Meeting the passengers at the airplane exit with a name sign. Passengers are escorted to a fast track exclusive priority lane access through security checks and passport control. Priority & assistance through customs, passport control, security inspection process and baggage collection . The steward/stewardess will accompany the passengers up to the arrivals hall to the waiting driver.
Outgoing flight : The service includes escorting to the boarding gate and quick procedure at the airport. The meeting point will be at Terminal 3 Gate 1 , check-in done at designated priority counters.
A steward/stewardess will escort the passengers to a fast track exclusive priority lane access through security checks and passport control. The steward/stewardess will ensure that all procedures are expedited at the airport. If needed (with additional fee) the passengers can be escorted to the VIP Lounge where they will be enjoying the service of the Lounge until the boarding time. At that time a VIP Club representative will escort the passengers to the boarding gate.
